These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AdTool (the "Service"), operated by myWebhero Ltd ("myWebhero", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only on accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
2. The Service
AdTool provides Google Ads and Google Merchant Center analysis, auditing, reporting, and optional management features. Some features are offered on a free basis and others may require a paid plan. We may add, change or remove features over time.
3. Connected Google accounts
To use data-driven features, you may connect Google Ads, Merchant Center, and related Google accounts via Google's OAuth flow. By connecting, you authorise AdTool to access the relevant data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you are authorised to grant that access for the accounts you connect. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings or via your Google Account permissions. Your use of Google services also remains subject to Google's own terms.
4. Automations & account changes
Some features can make changes to your connected accounts — for example automation rules (such as spend caps or bidding adjustments), product attribute edits, supplemental feeds, IP exclusions, and offline conversion uploads. These actions run only because you have explicitly configured or initiated them.
You are responsible for the rules and actions you configure and for reviewing their effect. While we take care to execute them correctly, you acknowledge that automated changes to live advertising accounts carry inherent risk, and you remain responsible for monitoring your accounts and spend.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of Google's policies or any applicable advertising regulations.
- Access data or accounts you are not authorised to manage.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
- Resell or misrepresent the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Misuse shareable report links to expose data you are not entitled to share.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your data and your connected-account data), is owned by myWebhero and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to your own data; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google APIs and our AI provider (Anthropic). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Audit scores, recommendations and AI-generated narratives are provided for guidance only and do not constitute professional, financial or legal advice. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be achieved. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, myWebhero will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or advertising spend, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) £100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myWebhero from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights, including Google's policies.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling on termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide more prominent notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
